Author of icon is player under the nickname fanki1911. If you like Black_Spy mod, then icons in this style will suit you. On the screenshot below you can see icon:

For your convenience, there is a possibility to install mirrored icons using XVM mod. You need to do a few simple steps:
– Choose the way: \ res_mods \ xvm \ configs \ battle.xc
– Open it with Notepad
– Open the file battle.xc
– Find the phrase “mirroredVehicleIcons”: true, true change to false and save
