Advanced Configure DebugPanel (Ping, FPS) for WOT 0.9.17

Earlier was very popular mod Debug panel changes, it is located in the upper left corner and displays the ping and FPS. Old versions of this mod gave minimal chances of its settings. But with the help of mod extended setting DebugPanel (Ping, FPS) for WOT 0.9.17 you can change it as you like everything will be impossible. You can change the font, color, background, and add new lights ping and FPS or even move the debug panel by mouse anywhere on the screen.

Mod has the following features:

– Support adding background and shadow;
– movement of the panel by mouse;
– the output of data to support html format that allows do anything with text
